So funny thing last night :) 2 men, okay - 1 man in a black coat and 1 boy probably in HS, rang my door bell. No, I didn't know what they looked like before they rang my doorbell, but you get it. Anyways, the guy asked if I would not mind taking a survey. I said sure, because honestly, well why not? It turns out (giggles) it was a RELIGIOUS SURVEY (giggles). Now, I don't remember every question exactly, but the first one was like:

Do you think the Church is responsible for your children's Spiritual Welfare

And of course there are these cute little check boxes under the question - Yes  No

I said No, it's the parents responsibility (And the kid kinda glanced at me in surprise)

Do you have a plan for Eternal life

No, We're pagan and believe in reincarnation. The guy had to think for a moment and then checked off No. LOL

Do you have a plan for your family's Eternal Life (or something about making it to Heaven)

REINCARNATION, thank you very much

And the man correctly guessed, No we do not.

I think there was another question as well, but it was quite obvious I was not giving him any sort of answers he wanted to hear.

It totally made my day.

The kid gave me some little pamplet, and now that I think about it I should have scanned that sucker and posted it. Oh well. It's in the trash now. I remember it just being bit about the Church, hours and blah blah blah crap.


My son thinks he might want to be an Atheist, to which I replied, Ok. A couple years ago it was Buddhist. Because he didn't want to kill anything (animals included) though he doesn't mind that with insects, as we can tell about his ever growing bug collection.

Hmmm, whatelse is going on?

Not a whole hellva lot to be honest.

Oh, one of the books that I won through GoodReads came in yesterday! It totally took me by surprise, because I had thought it was one of the several I just purchased. But as I looked closer, it looked brand spanking new and I also knew I didn't pay $7.99 for any of the books I just got. So, I will need to read the 1st two books of this series (or maybe trilogy) which I've already requested through my library.

There is something to be said for a sexy man in a kilt ;^D
