What do I do with this...tomato ??

Here is my tomato plant, that needs more support because it's so damn huge and heavy

Here is what I saw, a red ready to be picked tomato

This is what I got

Ummm, is it safe to eat this? Can I just cut off the top? I know the splits are from rapid growth spurts. It did not have bottom rot like the last tomato. But, ummm, yeah that.

Just budding Sunflower

As I was leaving for work today, I saw that my shortest sunflower started to bloom :)

Gross Poison Oak/Ivy again

The new never ending saga of my poison ivy/oak grossness

I think I'm starting to freak out my coworkers. Oppsie!

Today, August 6th - this is just after taking a shower and getting all the calamine lotion off.

August 5th

Ok...so it wasn't the tooth per se...

It seems that in all that stressing leading up to court and then dealing with the body reactions after court, I have been grinding my teeth something awful. Excruciating awful. Excruciating is my new fave word.

I have a bottom mouth guard. It's sorta neat, in a painful way.

Dentist has me on muscle relaxers, Cyclobenzaprine. So far, it hasn't really helped. I'm taking the generic of Aleve to deal with the pain because I didn't want stronger meds. Because I am weird. At this moment however, I am really wish I got the stronger meds.

I slept maybe 2 hours and woke up. In pain.

The dentist said he knows its grinding because my bottom teeth can all move (and they are not supposed to) and the reason for my stronger sensitivity and pain on my upper teeth - well I have a root canal there and the seal/crown that was done is one of those awesome ones that don't shatter if you grind. You, however, grind to shit the poor teeth around them and then get slightly smaller and it makes it hit harder on the tooth below.

Ugh. Seriously, at this point maybe I should look into dentistry for my next lifetime or something. I am learning way too much about it through personal experience.

I am not exactly thrilled with this dentist. I don't think that once this issue is resolved or at least on the mend, that I am going to go back.

If I sit up, I'm in not as much pain. So...I will be in some pretty interesting sleeping positions this week.

Oh and he said to give it 3 days (ahem, 3 fucking pain drenched days) to see if things are working and blah blah blah.

Here's hoping that I get better, less grinding, sleep tonight!!

And at least I'm not eating as much. Let's hope that turns into weight loss that I can sustain!!

Focus on the positive :)

Gross Poison Oak/Ivy

I'm using Tea Tree oil to dry it out (Tea Tree is anti: Fungal, Viral, Bacterial). I will be picking up some calamine lotion too.

This shit can last up to a month. I am hoping it doesn't. It's annoying. But damn, I have sensitive skin so who knows!!

See, it's kinda grown and it looks nasty. But that's basically all the weeping it's doing and then drying up. That weeping is basically my body's allergic reaction to it. Good times lol!!

8/3/2014 - this was take just after a shower or cleaning

Multi update

Let's see.

I have 1 tomato that is almost ready to come off the vine :) And ton more growing !! I also pulled off 1 bell pepper :) Can't wait to cook it !

I have major tooth pain so even if I take the tomato off the vine, I can't eat it.

I cleaned my kitchen this weekend (I always feel better for some reason when it's clean)

Will be doing back to school shopping soon, since it starts on the 20th.

I am pretty sure I am going to go back to school and at least get my Associates Degree (ha, I had thought to write AA degree, but that might be misconstrued!) Have to figure that out though and fast.

I got my divorce paperwork in - SCORE - which means I will now start the process of officially changing my last name. Very very excited (it's a bitch though, I know). It feels more official once the paper came in :)

My body is in this whole reaction to last weeks stresses though. Between the poison ivy/oak (ugh, I will post pics on that soon enough) a different skin infection brewing and my tooth, you would think I would be miserable. And honestly, fuck that. Why be miserable - even with all that crap?? It's not like being miserable is going to make it better, or change it! Do I need a woo-is-moment? Yep sometimes I do, but after that you gotta just move on!

I read a book this weekend (which is awesome considering how much I haven't been reading as late) so I am hoping to post a book review on that this week. I really should update my goodreads account and get it current O.o

August seems to be packed with things we're doing! I almost think it's like the start of a season - the upcoming months have birthdays, holidays, outings, mini vacations and all kinds of goodness happening.

I found a ring I have lost in the last week, which makes me happy because I really really love this ring. It's not anything special, just I love it.

Work is awesome. Love my job. Boyfriend is awesome. Love him. Kid is awesome. Love him. My cats, well they are awesome but also annoying and sweet and still adjusting to updating their diets. Love them

Life is good :)

Pain in the...mouth

Oh the fucking pain!

My tooth, it just hates me. With a serious vengeance.

I have a dental appointment today at 12 pm. Thank the gods. I have no idea if it's something that needs a root canal (ahem, no thank you) or an infection or what. I just know the fucker woke me up 3 times last night :(

It's a new dentist, so this should be fun.

In my head, this is what I'm thinking:
Hi! I'm your new-screaminginpain-patient! Nice to meet you :) Now, fix this before I rip my face off!

My teeth are shifting and it feels like my bite is off and all the damn pressure is on 1 tooth with just enough radiating pain running along the rest of the upper left of my mouth for me to see spots at times.

Good times! LOL NOT!!

Here's hoping I lost a little weight from not eating solid foods at least!
